Air Fryers
Air fryers use a compact convection fan to blast food with hot air, giving you crisp, fried-style texture on wings, fries, and reheated leftovers with a fraction of the oil and cleanup of deep frying.
Air fryers range from small 2-quart basket models good for one or two people to 8-quart-plus units that can handle a whole chicken. The biggest differences between models come down to basket capacity, whether it's a basket or oven-style design with racks, how loud the fan is, and how easy the basket is to clean. Wattage matters less than marketing suggests once you're above roughly 1500W — cook time and evenness depend more on basket shape and airflow design.
